  • Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are only issued for service failures caused by Zizoly Logistics, such as lost or undelivered shipments due to our negligence.
  • Refund Request Timeline: Requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date.
  • Exclusions: Refunds do not apply to delays caused by customs, regulatory authorities, natural disasters, or incorrect recipient information.
  • Cancellation Policy: If a shipment is canceled before pickup, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative and processing fees.
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
