2. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed due to customs processes and external factors.
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country.
Zizoly Logistics is not liable for delays caused by customs authorities or external carriers.

3. Prohibited Items

Hazardous materials, illegal goods, and restricted items are strictly prohibited.
Customers must comply with all shipping regulations in the origin and destination countries.

4. Liability and Insurance

Zizoly Logistics is not responsible for damages caused by third-party carriers, customs inspections, or unforeseen circumstances.
Insurance options are available upon request for high-value shipments.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations before shipment pickup may be eligible for a partial refund.
Once a shipment is in transit, refunds are only applicable in cases of service failure by Zizoly Logistics.
